Investment criteria

Before you submit your investment proposal, please check if your idea, project ant team meet the criteria
we consider decisive. If they don't, this doesn't mean at all that your project is somehow not good enough.
It means you'd rather search for the investment funds with the priorities and strategy which suit your
project better.

 

So:

  1. we invest only in web 2.0 start-ups
  2. which are innovative
  3. and consumer-oriented.
  4. We consider the integrity of the team to be a crucial factor.
  5. We are interested in projects focused on the CIS, Western Europe or US markets, or their combination.
  6. Seed stage: the project should satisfy a unique market need, and satisfy it in an innovative way.
  7. Early stage: the company should have all the basic elements of a sustainable company. The clear and definite goal of the company is of the utmost importance.
  8. Growth stage: web companies that have been successfully operating in Europe or USA for 5–10 years, with average revenue ($100M–300M), high growth rates and positive EBITDA.
