Viktoriya Tigipko is the Director of TA Venture, a venture capital firm registered in Luxembourg. Her primary activities focus on investing in innovative consumer Internet startups targeting Ukraine, Russia, other CIS countries and the global market. Viktoriya is also a Member of the Board of Directors of BravoAvia Group SA (Switzerland). Since 2010, she has been the Organizer of the International conference "Investor Day Central and Eastern Europe: Internet Technologies and Innovations" (IDCEE). Viktoriya is also the President of the Odessa International Film Festival.

Viktoriya graduated from Kyiv National Economic University, majoring in international economic relations and law. She also studied financial management at Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at Berkeley. Besides her native Ukrainian and Russian languages, Viktoriya speaks English, German, French and Italian.

Teodoro D’Ambrosio is an ambitious Italian-Switzerland IT entrepreneur with successful ventures in his track record.

Teodoro started his career in 2000 by joining the founding team of Emaze. He brought the company to become the market leader in Italy for software and network security. He personally managed the implementation of security and audit platform for some of the biggest Italian corporations; among those Telecom Italia (TIT:MI), Eni (ENI:MI), Generali (G:MI / ASG:DE) and Fiat Group (FR:MI / FIAT:DE).

He is the Managing Director of Bravoavia and Venture Partner of TA Venture. He is a strategic thinker and operating executive, launching new projects and building winning teams. He is focused on web based B2C businesses in Russian speaking markets. Teodoro has an engineering degree and an executive degree from Berkeley.

Igor has more than 15 years of experience in venture capital business in Ukraine,  including 6 years with “Western NIS Enterprise Fund”, where he worked as Research Associate and Investment Associate. During 7 years he also worked as Investment Manager in such venture capital firms as «AVentures» and «TECHINVEST». His responsibilities in these VC firms included company valuation, business plan preparation, market/industry analysis, deal structuring and management support to investee companies.

Irina’s analytical research experience includes work for such governmental bodies as the Secretariate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Presidential Administration, as well as engagement with various projects within the framework of the political economy. During 1 year Irina took classes in the US. Irina Polishchuk is also the coordinator of the international conference “Investor Day Central and Eastern Europe. Internet technologies and Innovations” (IDCEE).

Irina graduated from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Institute of International Relations, obtaining Master’s degree with qualification of an informational analyst in the sphere of international relations.
