QA Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk
- Identify areas ideal for automation and automate regression, functional and sanity tests
- Perform all aspects of verification, including functional, structural, regression, stress, stability and system testing
- Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing
- Own the bug database
- Recommend streamlining of processes to improve test efficiency
- Develop and maintain metrics to help with go/no go decisions for product release
- Lead and mentor QA team members
- Plan, estimate, and review test schedule and strategy
- Prioritize and assign tasks to the team
- Support testers by reviewing work and providing feedback
- Ensure effective collaboration between QA and other teams on the project
- Provide detailed status of all active projects
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
- 4-6 years of QA experience for a web-based product
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing and automated testing frameworks
- 3+ years of experience leading a software testing group
- Working experience programming in Object-oriented languages and/or common scripting languages (Java, C++, Python, Ruby)
- Automation and scripting with test automation frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL and database usage
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment (preferably at a startup)
- English language knowledge

Digital Media Buyer/Planner TA Venture is inviting Digital Media Buyer/Planner to join our growing team in e-commerce project. We are looking for an online media buyer and trafficker to help us start from scratch and grow our banner/display campaigns quickly and profitably. This is performance marketing; and every dollar we spend should generate solid yield in revenues. You will be responsible for planning, buying, implementing, analyzing and optimizing our display and other online media programs.
Main duties:
- Identify online media buying opportunities and negotiate tests to determine profitability of online campaigns;
- Negotiate, develop, monitor and manage delivery of booked campaigns on CPA, CPC and CPM models;
- Manage vendor relationships;
- Start from scratch, grow and optimize our online media portfolio through testing (A/B and multivariate) and analysis of banners, ad copies, landing pages, placements, targeting, etc. on the basis of CPA and ROI;
- Manage each channel P/L by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all display initiatives and campaigns;
- Forecast and budget display programs;
- Ensure campaigns are achieving our business goals;
- Report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis;
- Execute day-to-day tactics that maximize revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins;
- Work with our design and content teams to create high quality banners, ad copies and landing pages;
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the marketing team and top executives;
- Help integrate best display practices into other marketing channels such as SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media.
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
- 2+ years of buying and managing experience in large-scale display advertising (agency side or Internet retail);
- Excellent negotiating skills;
- Strong partnership development and relationship-building skills;
- Established contacts with big publishers will be a strong plus;
- A record of successful creation and execution of display advertising campaigns;
- Experience developing marketing tests and analyzing the results of these tests;
- Good copy writing skills;

The SEM/PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing search engine marketing (SEM) activities. The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of online retail and services sale business with a strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.
Main duties:
- Develop a scalable PPC strategy
- Design and deploy high-performing paid search campaigns in Google and Yandex (in Russian and Ukrainian markets)

- Strong background in PPC campaign architecture and optimization
- Strong background writing effective PPC ads, excellent copy writing and editorial skills
- Excellent Google Analytics package knowledge
- Advanced Excel user
- High intermediate English
